Palettes

Wedding colors, with hex codes and who wears them

Each palette has five colors, a job for each one, attire for the wedding party, flowers, and a note on how the colors behave in photos. The quiz is free if you want the palette tuned to your venue.

Fall

Fall wedding colors have to survive candlelight and late-afternoon shade. These palettes keep one deep color for dresses and flowers, a lighter accent that still reads in photos, and a neutral that lifts faces when the room gets dark.

Winter

Winter light is thin and often tungsten indoors. These palettes use a jewel or ink color for the party, a pale neutral near faces, and one metal. They are built for chapels, lofts, and evening rooms, not for noon sun.

Spring

Spring palettes fail when every color is the same value of pastel. Each page here keeps a main, an accent, a paper neutral, a deeper anchor, and a metal, so bouquets and suits do not wash out in bright garden light.

Summer

Summer sun blows out pale colors and turns some greens grey. These palettes pick shades with enough pigment to hold on a beach or lawn at noon, and a neutral that does not go yellow in hard light.
